Kathmandu: The United States has released numerous images of the Fordow nuclear site in Iran, along with a 3D map of the facility, showing details of a military strike. The U.S. Department of Defense unveiled these visuals early today, illustrating how the U.S. military targeted the site.
The images highlight two ventilation shafts within the complex that were targeted during the attack, showing both their condition before and after the strike. The visuals also depict the development of these shafts from 2008 through 2025.
Additionally, the U.S. Defense Department provided an internal overview of the site’s layout and detailed information about the construction of the shafts. It was revealed that six bombs were used on each of the two shafts during the operation.
This disclosure underscores the precision and scale of the strike on Iran’s sensitive nuclear infrastructure.
