Janakpur, June 30: In an effort to ensure quality and effective implementation, Minister for Energy, Irrigation, and Drinking Water, Shesh Narayan Yadav, personally inspected the ongoing street light installation work along the Janakpur-Dhalkebar section of the East-West Highway.
Minister Yadav, accompanied by a technical team, assessed the quality of the lights, the installation process, and the state of power supply. The inspection was aimed at preventing future complaints and ensuring the long-term utility of the infrastructure built with taxpayers’ money.
Speaking during the inspection, Minister Yadav said, “We are committed to ensuring that this public infrastructure delivers lasting benefits to the people, and that no grievances arise regarding the quality of work.”
Local residents have welcomed the Minister’s direct involvement, expressing hope that the street lights will improve road safety and security in the area.
