Kathmandu – Ahead of the upcoming elections on Fagun 21, the Nepali Congress (NC) has decided to deploy its central executive committee members and central leaders across all districts and electoral constituencies in the country. This strategic move aims to ensure an effective participation in the electoral process.
At a press conference held at the NC’s central office, party spokesperson, Devraj Chalisek, shared that all central-level officials and members would be mobilized at the district and regional levels to boost the party’s influence and effectiveness during the election campaign.
Spokesperson Chalisek clarified that political institutions, endorsed by the public, never grow old – only individuals do over time. He emphasized, “The party does not age; it is the ideas and leadership that need to be renewed.” He added that across the world, new leadership always emerges within established parties, which is the key to building a reliable future.
Chalisek further highlighted the significance of democratic practices, where the people’s vote plays a decisive role in shaping the nation’s direction. “The vote of the citizens will determine the future of the country,” he said, affirming that with the belief that the Nepali Congress represents the country’s future, the party is gearing up for the electoral contest.
