Kathmandu / Middle East – The conflict involving Israel, United States, and Iran has entered its fourth day. Meanwhile, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced the closure of the strategic Strait of Hormuz, a crucial route for global oil shipments.
An IRGC official told state television that any vessel attempting to pass through the strait would be stopped and potentially targeted.
However, according to a report by Fox News, despite statements from Iranian officials, the U.S. Central Command has denied that the Strait of Hormuz has been closed.
The ongoing conflict has so far claimed the lives of 742 people in Iran, including 176 children, with more than 750 others reported injured.
