Kathmandu, June 20 – NASA has announced that the launch of the Axiom-4 mission, previously scheduled for June 22, will not take place as planned.
This commercial mission, operated jointly by Axiom Space, NASA, and SpaceX, has faced multiple delays. Initially set for May 29, the launch date was successively postponed to June 8, then June 9, 10, 11, 12, 19, and finally June 22.
NASA, Axiom Space, and SpaceX are currently reviewing the launch timeline and will announce a new date soon.
The Axiom-4 mission plans to send four astronauts from the United States, India, Hungary, and Poland to the International Space Station aboard SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket, launching from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
Officials have assured that the team is working diligently to finalize preparations and reschedule the launch.
